When asking first year varsity coach at Central, Jordan Duby, how the season preview is looking, he said, “We are looking forward to taking the next step as a team and program. We have a lot of returning players who are looking to compete on a high level and contend for a championship.”

Some of the offensive weapons on the team are Elias Ramirez, Marcus Marcott, Austin Williams, and Hayden Jatczak. Some players, who have been in the shadows, add a lot to the team such as Landon Richard and Brian Elder. When asking four time varsity senior, Elias Ramirez, on his last season he said, “We are coming out this year with an edge and a chip on our shoulder because we have worked too hard not to be great.”

Last year central came up short and lost in the district final. This year they plan on changing that and winning districts and moving on. They open up there season with the Heritage Hawks.
